The front seat doesn't fully recline, so parents needed to use their own hands to lower it. This is something they'd prefer to avoid when traveling with young children. Bugaboo Donkey twin
The Bugaboo Donkey Twin has a stylish, functional design. It's a good product, but it's not without flaws.
It offers very few extra conveniences, both for the kids and parents. The only thing provided by the side bin is that it can only be used when a seat in the car is connected. There are no parent trays cup holders, cups or accessory pockets, and this could be problematic for long trips.
The seats don't recline very even and the gap between the seats is large. Our 5-year-old had trouble lying back comfortably. It's a shame, considering it's a top-of-the-line model.
On the positive side, it's a easy to maneuver, and the swivel wheels are great in climbing steep slopes and steps. It's also slim enough to pass through most doors and folds up easily for stress-free storage and transport.
